PPA-LGF

Le PPA, nom complet polyphtalamide, est un polyamide semi-aromatique contenant pas moins de 55 % d'acide téréphtalique ou d'acide phtalique comme matière première, communément appelé nylon aromatique haute température. Le PPA a de meilleures propriétés mécaniques et une résistance aux hautes températures par rapport aux matériaux traditionnels en nylon aliphatique (PA6/PA66). Les matériaux PPA ont une absorption d'eau relativement faible, une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle et une bonne résistance à la corrosion.

Les composites PPA renforcés de fibres de verre ont une résistance élevée aux températures, une résistance élevée et une faible densité, et sont considérés comme la meilleure résine pour remplacer l'acier par du plastique. Par rapport aux granulés traditionnels renforcés de fibres courtes, les composites PPA renforcés de fibres de verre longues ont de meilleures propriétés physiques et mécaniques.

Application
